Kimberly Jackson is a results-driven leader who supports real estate professionals through optimized workflow automations and clear operating procedures. With over fifteen years as a Scrum Master, Kimberly’s professional experience equips her to streamline processes and resolve operational discrepancies. Her ability to identify and solve procedural bottlenecks has been instrumental in coordinating seamless transactions and ensuring the accurate and timely submission of contract deliverables.

She brings integrity, discretion, and professionalism to every transaction- values reinforced through her active involvement in church and a strong personal commitment to service.

Kimberly also holds a National Signing Agent certification, strengthening her ability to facilitate smooth, compliant closings. In addition, she is fluent in American Sign Language,(ASL), allowing her to effectively serve and communicate with a diverse client base while facilitating collaboration between internal teams and clients.
